Healthy Bodies for Life

Eating smart and staying active are key elements to your entire family’s well-being. Sometimes, life gets out of balance – when your kids eat too much or consume the wrong types of foods and partake in little to no activity, they can become overweight. We also understand that eating is multi dimensional and emotions can impact healthy eating habits.

Keeping kids active plays a big role in their overall well-being. Try enrolling your child in a school sport or getting the entire family on board to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity during each day of the weekend, like going on a hike or walking to the park. The more you and your family can stay active, the healthier your children will be – and the greater the chance that your children will adopt healthy habits for life when they’re instilled in them at a young age!

Of course, as parents, you want the best for your family and for your child to be healthy. Our Healthy Bodies for Life Program is here to support you and your family! Start today – help your child develop smart living habits and achieve a healthy weight for life.

Our Registered Dietitians are available for one-on-one consultations. They will not only help you understand healthy eating practices, but also address how emotions can impact our food choices. They can help you identify and problem solve any obstacles that may prevent your family from making healthy choices and your child achieving a healthy weight.
