Part-Time Front Desk Professional
Our busy Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking front desk professional for a part time position. This position will primarily be scheduled for 6 to 7 hour shifts each Saturday and may be asked to fill in for occasional other evening or weekend shifts. Some holiday shift work may be required (10 a.m. to 4 p.m. shifts).
All employees working in our clinics are required to be fully Covid-19 vaccinated, including one booster vaccine.
We are in search of a dedicated, dependable front desk professional with proven customer service skills and a stable job history.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to give us real life examples of the manner in which you utilized outstanding customer service skills in your prior or current positions. We want to know that you understand why great customer service is our top priority!
Background check will be conducted.
Duties:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering phones and distributing messages
- Collecting and posting co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles as received
- Entering insurance into patient account
- Scheduling patients for future appointments
- Collaborating with other team members regarding issues, recognition and resolution
Required skills:
- Computer experience

- Ability to clearly communicate with others
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment

Salary: $15.75 – $16.25 per hour

This office may treat Covid positive patients. Appropriate PPE is provided to all staff members. Staff and patients >2 yrs wear masks at all times. All employees are required to be COVID-19 immunized.
