What are Express Flu Clinics?
Express Flu Clinics are dedicated flu shot appointments for Youth Clinic patients and their families, offering a quick, easy, and convenient way to stay protected this flu season.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and The Youth Clinic recommend everyone 6 months of age and older receive a flu vaccine every year. For more information about the influenza vaccine and the information sheet (VIS) click here.

The scheduling process has changed for 2026. We recommend keeping these instructions available while registering.

To help us efficiently serve the high volume of patients, all Express Flu Clinic appointments for children and adults must be scheduled online. Our appointment line is unable to schedule Express Flu Clinic visits by phone.
- Have insurance cards ready for all family members before you begin.

🕒 Appointment Information
All Express Flu Clinic appointments are at 1200 E Elizabeth St. location in Ft. Collins.
Every individual receiving a flu shot must have their own appointment.
Have an appointment already scheduled and can’t find another available appointment for a family member?
Schedule them at another time on the same day and bring everyone together at one of the scheduled appointment times.

💳 We bill most insurance plans
❌ We are not contracted with Medicare and cannot provide vaccines to patients with Medicare
❌ We are not contracted with Kaiser HMO and cannot provide vaccines to patients with this plan
✅ Medicaid is accepted
🌟Special Considerations
If your child has experienced significant distress during previous immunizations (for example, requiring assistance from two or more nurses), please call The Youth Clinic Phone Nurse Line at 970-267-6715 before scheduling to discuss alternative options.

We offer a variety of appointment times for your convenience:
☀️ Day Clinics- Available during normal business hours
🌙 Evening Clinics- 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
🗓️ Weekend Clinics- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
