  • Phone Nurse Advice Line Temporarily Unavailable

    PLEASE NOTE- Beginning Monday, 11/21/22 due to critical staffing needs, our Phone Nurse Triage line will be temporarily unavailable so we can allocate staff to help with the current community need for Patient Care.

    Patients are directed to schedule an appointment by calling the appointment line at 970-482-2515 or message their Provider through the My Health Connection Portal.   You may also check for Alerts (at top of this webpage) for more information about the current surge of sickness that is in the community and what actions parents can take if their child is experiencing symptoms.

    We will be frequently evaluating this situation and anticipate the Phone Nurse Triage line service to return in approximately 3 weeks.

At The Youth Clinic, we want to be available for our families when they need us. This is why we offer a Nurse Triage Phone Line to answer your questions or concerns Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and Fridays 8 am to 2 pm. Our nurses are always happy to help answer any questions you might have during regular business hours!
