Patient Access Representative (Front Desk) – Pediatric Urgent Care
We are seeking a front desk professional to join our team at our Timnath Urgent Care location. This is a part time position offering competitive pay, a part-time benefits package, and a meaningful role in a collaborative healthcare environment.
You will be the welcoming face of our Urgent Care – creating a positive first impression for patients and families while ensuring efficient clinic operations. We are in search of a dedicated, dependable front desk professional with proven customer service skills and a stable job history.
Job Specifics:
- 23-24 hour per week position.
- Thursday and Friday 3 p.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m.
- Hours will include occasional holiday work.
- Paid Vacation and Sick time
- 401(k) retirement plan (after one year of employment & 1,000 hours worked)
- Starting Wage Range: $16.50 – $17.25 base pay
- Stipend offered for weeknight hours worked after 5 p.m., all weekend hours and holiday hours
A background check will be conducted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting and checking in patients
- Answerphones, distribute messages and assist with inquiries
- Collect and post co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles
- Enter patient demographics and insurance information accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to address issues, share recognition, and support smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior medical office or healthcare front desk experience
- Strong examples of delivering exceptional customer service
