Get to Know Mary Baker
Mary Baker, PA-C, joined The Youth Clinic in 1997 right after graduating from Physician Assistant school. She is a native Coloradan who received her Bachelor’s Degree from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University), and her certificate in Child Health from the Child Health Associate Program (CHAPA) through the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Mary is licensed by the Medical Board of Examiners and certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants.
When she isn’t caring for her patients, Mary and her husband Geoff spend a lot of time watching their 15 year old daughter play soccer. She also enjoys reading, taking her young dog for walks, traveling, and spending time with family.
Mary loves being able to watch her patients change and grow through many different stages of life, and she also likes to see how their parents change and grow. She considers it a privilege to be let into a family’s life and to be able to help guide them through different journeys along the way.
“Mary Baker PA-C, at the Youth Clinic has taken care of all 4 of our children. She always takes time to listen and build a relationship with each child and parent. All of our children love her and she is their favorite pediatrician. As a parent, she made sure I had answers to my questions and I felt confident in her care for them. We have been very happy with the Youth Clinic of Fort Collins.”
