2022 Express Flu Clinics are Here!
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and The Youth Clinic recommend that everyone 6 months of age and older receive a flu vaccine every year.
Please Note:
- Express Flu Clinic Appointments are available to Youth Clinic patients and their families only.
- The Youth Clinic schedulers will not be taking calls to schedule Flu Clinic appointments. We will be utilizing PrepMod, an online scheduling program to schedule all Flu Clinic appointments (see below).
- Each person receiving the FLU vaccine must have an appointment scheduled.
- Has your child experienced extreme distress, i.e. requiring 2 or more nurses to receive immunizations in the past? If so, please contact us at 970.482-2515 to discuss other options.
- We are not contracted with MEDICARE and cannot accept payment from or administer flu shots to patients with MEDICARE insurance.
- FluMist is not available this season at The Youth Clinic.

SCHEDULING TIPS
* When making multiple appointments for your family, if anyone is “waitlisted” they are still registered and can arrive at a confirmed scheduled family member’s appointment time.
* The Youth Clinic’s flu clinics are “private” and will not be available to search for on the PrepMod website. If you cannot find an available time on the date link you chose, you will need to come back to this page and click on another date link. You can only use the links below to schedule for our flu clinics.
* Check that you received an appointment confirmation email after completing the full registration. If for any reason you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, refer to your confirmation email.
