Circle Of Security Parenting® Group

Building Stronger Connections with Your Child

Parenting young children can be joyful, rewarding, confusing, and exhausting.

Circle of Security Parenting® (COSP) is a supportive, evidence-informed group that helps you better understand your child’s emotional needs and strengthen your relationship. It’s based on decades of attachment research and offers simple, practical ways to read your child’s cues and respond in ways that build trust and connection.

Whether you’re dealing with big feelings, tough behaviors, separation struggles, or just wanting to feel more confident as a parent, this group offers a welcoming space to learn and connect with others.

What is Circle of Security Parenting?

Circle of Security Parenting is an 8-session group for parents and caregivers of young children. Through videos, guided reflection, and group discussion, participants learn to:

  • Better understand their child’s emotional needs and behavior
  • Support confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
  • Respond to challenging moments with greater confidence and connection
  • Strengthen the parent-child relationship
  • Reflect on their own parenting experiences and patterns

The focus is not on being a “perfect parent.” Instead, COSP encourages caregivers to be “good enough” parents who can recognize, repair, and reconnect with their children.
