The Youth Clinic Achieves Level III Recognition as a National Committee for Quality Assurance Medical Home

The Youth Clinic recently achieved the highest level of Recognition as a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Medical Home for each of its clinics!

A medical home is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, family-centered, coordinated, compassionate, and culturally effective care (AAP policy statement, 2002, reaffirmed 2008). The Youth Clinic is the only pediatric group in Northern Colorado to have a Level III Designation, which is the highest level of recognition as a certified patient-centered medical home.

We have been working toward this for nearly two years and are extremely proud to be the only pediatric group in Northern Colorado to achieve a Level III Recognition!
