Our Practice maintains 24/7 phone triage coverage. Contact our phone nurse line Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 970-267-6715.  After Hours contact our main line at 970-267-9510 to talk with a phone nurse or to access our on-call provider.

The Youth Clinic operates a Pediatric Urgent Care available 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday/Sunday and holidays. Our Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic, so no appointment is necessary. Our Pediatric Urgent Care is located at 4845 Weitzel Street in Timnath (Next To Costco).

If your child doesn’t already have a My Health Connection (MHC) patient portal account, use the link below to register them (Ages 13 and Under). As a parent you also will need to have a My Health Connection account to access your child’s records. Please note if your child is 14 or older you will need to request permission from My Health Connection to access your teens medical account.
