About the Exhibit
For more than 50 years, one of the signs of autumn could be found in the funny pages: Charlie Brown would attempt to kick a football while Lucy would snatch it away at the last minute. Every. Single. Time. But Charles M. Schulz’s passion for the game wasn’t limited to these two characters, an interest in football ran through the entire Peanuts gang, including Snoopy and his bird friend, Woodstock.
To honor Schulz’s legacy, the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center in Santa Rosa, CA has organized the touring exhibit, Pigskin Peanuts.
The exhibition will be on display at MOA from October 26 – January 6, 2019.
