About Autoimmunity Screening for Kids (ASK) Program

Autoimmunity Screening for Kids (ASK) Program is a team of doctors and scientists at the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes in the School of Medicine at the University of Colorado who have worked on understanding childhood autoimmune disease for over 25 years.

Our mission with ASK is to bring awareness to the community of the importance of Childhood Diabetes and Celiac Disease—the two most common autoimmune diseases of childhood—and to reduce health risks of delayed diagnosis of these diseases.
