The Youth Clinic’s Nurse Triage Phone Line is the fastest and easiest way to help your sick child. Our well-trained, floor nurses are available to answer questions and provide treatment advice weekdays during business hours at (970)267-6715. For after-hour needs, our answering service routes your call to on-call pediatricians.
Same-Day Sick Visits
We offer same-day sick visits to ensure that your sick child receives the prompt treatment they need to start feeling better again. Please call 970-482-2515 to schedule an appointment.

Express Flu Clinics
The Youth Clinic conducts Express Flu Clinics in the fall to offer our patients families a quick and efficient means of receiving flu vaccines. All Express Flu Clinic appointments will be located at 1200 E. Elizabeth Office on the following dates after hours – weekdays starting at 5:30 pm and Saturdays starting at 9 am.

Create Healthy Habits
FitFamFoCo
To show the dedication of providing you and your family with resources to be happy and healthy, #FitFamFoco was created. Now through December 20, 2017, you will be provided with a different fitness challenge or health goal each month on The Youth Clinic Healthy Goals Calendar (visit any of our locations to pick up yours today). Each family must share a photo or video participating in or trying the challenge using the hashtag #FitFamFoco to be entered to win a FREE 6-month gym membership.
Healthy Transitions
This special class for girls ages 9-11* with a parent or guardian is designed to teach them about the transition to becoming a young woman. The class will cover physical, emotional and social changes associated with puberty while promoting positive body image and healthy lifestyle choices. *If you have a 12-year-old who has not yet progressed too far through puberty or is a “young” we, it may be appropriate for her.
Healthy Steps
This special class for boys ages 11-13 is designed to teach them about the transition to becoming a young man. This class is designed to have a parent or other guardian attend, as there are “talk sessions” throughout the class when the boys are encouraged to discuss things with them. The class covers physical, emotional and social changes associated with puberty while promoting positive body image and healthy lifestyle choices. Healthy Bodies
Healthy Bodies for Life is to help your child develop smart living habits and achieve a healthy weight for life. One on one consultation and group programs are available to help your identity and problem solve any obstacles that may prevent the family from making healthy choices and your child achieving a healthy weight.
